1. Who we are

This policy describes how GBNhost digital Limited (Hong Kong SAR) processes personal data of visitors and clients of this website and the client billing portal. Data questions: info@gbnhost.my.

2. What we collect

Account data you provide at registration: name and surname, login, e-mail, phone number, country and billing currency, and an optional referral code. Billing data: orders, invoices and payment status — full card numbers never reach us and are handled by the payment providers. Technical data: IP address, request logs and browser information, collected for security and reliable operation. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it

To provide and bill the ordered services, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations (including accounting), and send service messages about your account and services. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Payment providers processing your payments; domain registries and registrars when you register a domain (registrant data required by registry rules); infrastructure partners hosting our equipment. Each receives only what is necessary for its function. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.

5. International transfers

Data is processed in Hong Kong and in the regions where our infrastructure operates (Europe and Asia). We apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards to such transfers.

6. Retention

Account and billing data are kept while the account is active and thereafter for the period required by accounting and other laws. Technical logs are kept for a limited period needed for security.

7. Security

Traffic between you and our services is encrypted (TLS). Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it for their work.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law — including the Hong Kong PDPO and, for EU residents, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on it. 9. Children

The services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
