Payment Security

Licensed payment providers

All payments are processed by independent licensed payment providers — FreeKassa, Volet, Payssion, WebMoney and Capitalist. When paying, you are redirected to the provider’s secure payment page.

Your card data

We never receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes or other sensitive card details. Card processing takes place entirely on the side of the payment providers, which are certified to the PCI DSS industry standard.

Encryption

The entire website and billing portal work over encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections; payment data cannot be intercepted in transit.

Fraud prevention

Payments are monitored for suspicious activity. In doubtful cases we may request payment confirmation to protect the card holder.

Receipts and history

All invoices and payment history are available in your billing portal account.

If something went wrong

If a payment was charged twice, did not arrive, or you do not recognise a charge, contact us at info@gbnhost.my before disputing it with your bank — most cases are resolved within one business day. Refunds are handled under the terms of the Public Offer.
